Conrad:
	Port 8080 works fine.  I can see the default tomcat page at
http://localhost:8080/

	The folder "cocoon" is created after I start Tomcat and there's a
web.xml file inside WEB-INF and also a cocoon.xconf file.

	May it be a problem with Win98 or my disk space (that's only 47
MB free) or the memory free space??
