This means that there is a severe error with a tag, maybe you missed a
"pipeline" closing tag ? I got this several times too.

Try to check the sitemap with an xml editor that will count tags and ident
them. I personally use Excelon stylus studio, gave up Xml spy. I keep
reinstalling the evaluation version ;-) This software is nice to test your
xsl too.
