Hi,

I got the solution from Mr.Konstantin.I should run the i18n 
transformer for xsl in the sitemap.The xsl file would look like,

<xsl:template match="title">
  <i18n:text>titletext</i18n:text>
  </xsl:template>

And the namespace should be added in the xsl file.
