Subject Re: Does Cocoon support server push?
Date Thu, 20 Jun 2002 10:14:13 GMT

Hi,

> Do you mean a file upload?

No, I mean sending a sequence of pages, instead of a single
page, in response to the same request. This is sometimes
used when a page must be frequently updated and the server
should control when a new update is necessary.

There is a class, com.oreilly.servlet.MultipartResponse,
which makes server push very easy with servlets, but I
think I can't use it with Cocoon.

Any ideas concerning the problem?

Thanks in advance,
Tilman
