Subject RE: correct syntax for using variables inside <xsp: .... >
Date Mon, 10 Jun 2002 03:16:38 GMT
More correct version:

<cinclude:include element="SideBar">
<xsp:attribute
name="src"><xsp:expr>sourcePage</xsp:expr></xsp:attribute>
</cinclude:include>

(xsp:attribute content all in one line)

PS: XSL has nothing to do with XSP in this particular context, and XSP
*is* XML, thus constructs like <tag attr="<xsp:expr>...</xsp:expr>"/>
obviously invalid, because this is *not* valid XML.

A guess, maybe:
<cinclude:include element="SideBar">
  <xsp:attribute name="src">
    <xsp:expr>sourcePage</xsp:expr>
  </xsp:attribute>
</cinclude:include>
