Hi myself,

sorry for that question I found it and so I can tell you - if you don't know
it yet (like me before a few minutes):

package org.apache.cocoon.util.NetUtils.java method "encodePath()".

Best regards

Subject: URL encoding for special characters

Dear colleagues,

while using url rewriting with cocoon I have the problem, that the
session-id generated by "response.encodeURL(<URL>)" contains a colon ":"
which cannot be used in URL's when using Netscape 4.7 browser.

So I am looking for URL encoding class like GNU "Codecs" class in Cocoon,
which can convert special characters in a URL? Does somebody know where I
can find this within Cocoon 2.0.2?

Thank you, best regards
- Volker -
