will do - guess I already found somehting...

the switch() should not use the getResultCount because of this:

                       getResultCount   but position() of result
result                  1                 1
update-result           2                 -
result                  3                 2

we need the incrementing varibale as I proposed...
but that's not a major biggy to fix ;-)
