Oliver,

you should define the components used in the sub-sitemap, this definition
could be minimal, since they are inherited from the sitemap, these lines are
enough:

<map:components>
    <map:generators default="file"/>
    <map:transformers default="xslt"/>
    <map:readers default="resource"/>
    <map:serializers default="html"/>
    <map:matchers default="wildcard"/>
    <map:selectors default="browser"/>
</map:components>

As a general rule, follow Oystein's advice: take a sub-sitemap from the
samples and modify it, rather than starting form scratch.
