Check server.xml... I guess you have something like this in the config
file:

<parent>
  <child name="dell">
    ...
  </child>
  <child name="dell">
    ...
  </child>
</parent>

PS: AFAIU, this is tomcat issue; or what's full stack trace? Does it
have Cocoon in the stack trace?
