How can I substitude database query parameters 
with http request parameters in Cocoon 2.x using
the SQL Transformer? I try not to use XSP+ESQL tablib. 

The SQL Processor in Cocoon 1.8.x was able to do 
it this way {@_}:
   
<query connection="foo_connection">
 select * from foo_table where id={@id}
</query>

I am using Tomcat 4.0.1 and Cocoon 2.0.1.
