I guess I answered the important points:
Let me be more verbose:

1. Question: was is it possible?
   Answer: Yes, it is.

2. Question: how?
   Answer: Well, since you already know
   about map:aggregate and how it works
   (I assume because you mentioned it)
   saying "yes, go ahead works the same
   way as for 'ordinary' XML" seems to
   be a fair answer to me.

It always depends on what or how it is asked for...

I'm always willing to help but not doing someone
else's work. Helping is the only reason why I am
still subscribed to cocoon-users.
