Such a foolish mistake! But they are so as a rule, aren't they?
Now JDBC CONNECTION HAS BEEN CREATED!
Thanks to all who have replied and helped me to solve this problem!

The url you are using is wrong!

try:

jdbc:oracle:thin:@server.his.de:1521:mydb
