Im a Cocoon 1.8.2 user along with JRun 2.3

I have the following in my JRun stderr.log file and was wondering if anyone
could help with this.
Here is the statement, it occurs 100's of times in the log.

XSL Warning: xsl:stylesheet requires a 'version' attribute!

I have this at the top of my XSL file 

<?xml version="1.0"?>

so Im not sure what the error means.

Please Advise
