I am using C2 with MySQL for a while now and don't have any problems.
There is a lot of debug info in cocoon.log generated by the SQLTransformer.
In the future, you should also specify which version of C2 you use (2.0 or
2.1), because the SQLTransformer has changed a lot in the 2.1 version.
