Subject Success Report: OS X 1.0.4/Caucho Resin 2.0.0

Okay, I'd like to announce a preliminary success bringing up Cocoon 2.1b 
on OS X under Caucho Resin 2.0.0. See notes below on what I did to 
modify the build.xml.

I've not tried the SQL examples.
