Subject Re: xsp:element and xinclude

I accomplish this by:

<xinclude:include parse="xml">
    <xsp:attribute name="href"><xsp:expr>file</xsp:expr></xsp:attribute>
</xinclude:include>

also, make sure you have the xinclude namespace in the document
