Subject Languaje aware images
Date Thu, 24 May 2001 16:21:57 GMT
Hello !
I'm trying to make lang. aware images in this way:
I have this on my sitemap

<map:match pattern="img/lang/**.gif">
    <map:act type="lang-select">
     <map:read src="resources/img/{lang}/{../1}.gif" mime-type="image/gif"/>
    </map:act>
</map:match>

So if I request
/img/lang/some.gif?lang=en
it will read /img/lang/en/some.gif wich is nice, and what I actually want.

The problem is that I want to use this inside an XSL file. For example, I
want my xsl file to read
<img src="/img/lang/some.gif"/>
So it will make the request and the sitemap will solve it. The problem is
that it's not working, and I'm getting always the default image (en).

Any suggestions ? If I put <img src="/img/lang/some.gif?lang=es"/> for
example, it works as expected, but I loose the posibility of having one xsl
for all languages.

I have a session var named lang to store the language, but it's not working
also.

Thanks a lot !
