  Subject: Cocoon with SSL

Hi. I am having problems setting up Cocoon with SSL support. Hopefully someone can help
me.

I am using Apache+modSSL+tomcat(mod_jk) on a Win32 system. I have installed Cocoon, and
am using it for database access. However, in order to keep the database secure, I am acquiring
username and logon. After much fuss, I have managed to get the page using HTTPS, but the
problem is that I can *also* receive it using HTTP. In my mod_jk config file (*not* the
one automatically generated by tomcat) I have added the line SSLRequireSSL to the Cocoon Directory
options, but to no avail. Also, I have tried moving the whole Directory field into my SSL
Virtual host field in httpd.conf, but again it is visible to HTTP (?!).

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I could then get back to development, rather than
web server configuration.

  Bob.
