Insert this line into the HTTP header and use a MIME type of text/csv:

Content-Disposition: inline; filename=foo.csv

At least this works for Internet Explorer 5.5 (should work with IE5, too):

Sorry, I don't know how to this exactly with Cocoon.
(I'm still waiting for a C2 beta with caching before I'll do any Cocoon
research :-)
