it's not possible to do this cleanly with c1. you can use xsp:element, but
the name can't be dynamic. we're talking of adding an xsp:name argument to
xsp:element to rectify this in c2, but it's not been implemented anywhere.

you can get away with modifying the xsp result node tree by hand, but it's
not portable. might be good enough for your purposes tho.
