You can probably upgrade to FOP 0.13 without problems.

If you want a simple example of FOP&images, you can have a look at:

http://www.mediamagie.com/cocoondemo/foptest/source.xml?fixIE=.pdf
(this sites uses Cocoon 1.8 and FOP 0.13)

source at:
http://www.mediamagie.com/cocoondemo/foptest/

code fragment:

 <xsl:template match="image">
   <fo:block>
     <fo:inline-graphic href="{@locatie}" />
   </fo:block>
 </xsl:template>

It only worked with absolute image URLs for me

(the cocoonFAQ also has a section on this subject)

Hi

I'm currently using Cocoon 1.7.4 with FOP 0.12 !
Does anybody know if there is a possibility to
use the
<fo:external-graphic>
or any other command to insert an image ??
Is ist possible to upgrade to FOP 0.15 without changing my
Cocoon version?

thanks for information about that !!

Daniel
