run 'build.sh webapp' or 'build.bat webapp' from the root of
the cocoon2 CVS tree. This will create /build/cocoon/cocoon.war.
The easiest way to add a jar to tomcat's classpath is to drop it
into the /lib directory in your tomcat distribution.
