I have found that the FP tags fp:read and fp:write
do not maintain the case of attribute names!

for example

fp reads
..
<SECTION Caption="Declaration" 

as

<SECTION caption="Declaration" 

notice the C has gone to c....

Now this happens to be very annoying..

can anyone point me towards some reason behind this
or a fix..
