Sorry you didnt not say that befor. Or at least I
havent seen it in your posting. Basically your
files are OK. I think the Problem is in
hello3.xml. Remove the xsp-tags there.

hello3.xml
-----------

<?xml version="1.0"?>

<?cocoon-process type="xsp"?>

<?cocoon-process type="xslt"?>
<?xml-stylesheet href="hello3-xsp.xsl"
type="text/xsl"?>

<xsp:page language="java"
xmlns:xsp="http://www.apache.org/1999/XSP/Core">
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Why ??

 <seite>
  <titel>Hello World!</titel>
  <inhalt>
   <paragraph>This is my first own Cocoon page,
width a time/date output!<datum
format="test"/></paragraph>
  </inhalt>
 </seite>

</xsp:page>
^^^^^^^^^^^^

Why ?

An typicall xsp content Page looks like this

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
<!-- the previous line must be first -->
<?xml-stylesheet href="logic.xsl"
type="text/xsl"?>
<?cocoon-process type="xslt"?>

<page stylesheet="html.xsl">

        <body>
        Hello I am touched <counter> times
        <body>

</page>

Regards

Michael
