Subject fp taglib question
Date Fri, 13 Oct 2000 13:10:43 GMT
Hello,

how can I add a tag to an XML file?

Suppose I have an XML file that is empty save for the <root> tag. Then I
wrote:

<fp:resource id="myfile">
        <fp:resource-file>file.xml</fp:resource-file>
        <fp:resource-node>/root</fp:resource-node>
        <fp:default-mode>insert-after</fp:default-mode>
</fp:resource>

<fp:write to="myfile" select="." as="node">somenode</fp:write>

I thought I should end up with:

<root>
<somenode/>
</root>

But it doesn't work. The XML file remains unchanged. What do I have to
write to add somenode to root?

Ulrich
