Great. Now the question is: what's the URL for that namespace? That is, what
should I include in

<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
        xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
        xmlns:request=????>

???

I have seen other taglibs use http://www.apache.org/ whatever, but what's
the URL for this? Or it's not important?
