  I think you don't have to use XSP to do that; if the only thing you want to do is extract
variables, do it this way:

  <xsl:param name='sceltau'>Default Value</xsl:param>
  <xsl:param name='segnou'>Default Value</xsl:param>

  And then use it normally.
