Werner,

I think I solved the problem.

Instead of putting the create-session=true in the .xml file, I put it in my 
tag library (xsl file).

[..]
   <xsl:template match="xsp:page">
     <xsp:page create-session = 'true'>
       <xsl:copy>
         <xsl:apply-templates select="@*"/>
       </xsl:copy>
[..]


And I got the session created!

Since I am quite new to xsl, could you please confirm me that it works ok 
for your code.
