Subject Re: XSP Session

Robert,

I know that this feature has been introduced with the release of Cocoon
1.7.4. but has this been tested ? I still have the problem that I cannot get
this working, i.e. the create-session attribute doesn't affect the code
generation, and hence the generated code still is

    session = request.getSession(false);

Here's a short fragment of my xsp page:

<?xml version="1.0"?>

<?cocoon-process type="xsp"?>
<?cocoon-process type="xslt"?>
<?xml-stylesheet href="../xsl/processGroups-sql-page-html.xsl"
type="text/xsl"?>

<xsp:page language="java"
   xmlns:sql="http://www.apache.org/1999/SQL"
   xmlns:xsp="http://www.apache.org/1999/XSP/Core"
   xmlns:xinclude="http://www.w3.org/1999/XML/xinclude"
   xmlns:context="http://www.apache.org/1999/XSP/Context"
   xmlns:request="http://www.apache.org/1999/XSP/Request"
   xmlns:response="http://www.apache.org/1999/XSP/Response"
   xmlns:session="http://www.apache.org/1999/XSP/Session"
   xmlns:example="http://www.msdw.com/DTD/XSP/Example"
   create-session="true">

...

<xsp:page>

PS That's Cocoon 1.7.4 running on Solaris 7, jdk 1.2.2.
