Not with FP TagLib :)

And the the same with the util:include TagLib, it just puts this Java in
the source code that your XSP gets converted to:

       xspCurrentNode.appendChild(
         XSPUtil.cloneNode(
           this.xspParser.parse(
             new InputSource(
               new FileReader(
                 XSPUtil.relativeFilename(
                   <xsl:copy-of select="$name"/>,
                   request
                 )
               )
	     			 )
           ).getDocumentElement(),
           document
         )
       );

When your XSP Generated Producer runs, it includes the file, not when it
assembles the source code.
