Well, if your pages are heavily dynamic, then why do you want to cache
them at all?

Look in the repository directory, AFAIK it serves as cocoon's cache,
too. When you request a file and it is put into the repository
directory, then it is cached. Again: AFAIK, so correct me if I'm wrong.
