Maybe not the best solution but I solved this problem by
putting the xml pages in the $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/ROOT/
directory and puting links to them in the $APACHE_HOME/htdocs
directory.

Now, i want to be able to have cocoon serve my xml pages from under
the htdocs

i am running RedHat 6.2, Apach 1.3.12, Cocoon 1.7.4, and Jakarta-Tomcat...

When i modify the "conf" file, and restart apache, I get this error:

org.xml.saxSAXParseException: File

not

I've tried fiddling with the conf file but can't seem to get it to work
properly...
