I have encoding problems too.

How is it supposed to work?

I have a valid and working xml file begining with
	<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>

my xsl file also begin with
	<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>

I put "encoding" attribut to tell cocoon that my source
file is writen using iso-8859-1 and that "é" means é

Sending text/html is OK, "é" is translated into é

Sending text/wml (text/vnd.wap.wml) does NOT work, Cocoon
send data begining with
	<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
but characters are still encoded using iso-8859-1 charset.
(I have dumped http response).
