No, because the installation instructions said i should not use that, but
add these lines instead

Action cocoon /servlet/org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon
AddHandler cocoon xml

I added these in jserv.conf directly under the commented line
#ApJServAction .xml /servlets/org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon
Is this correct?
