	I'm having a simple problem getting Cocoon to work.  It has to do with URLs
that use the "resource" protocol.  I do not have an implementation of this
protocol anywhere one my system.  This is a problem because some of the
examples for XSP try to create URL connections using that protocol.  Is
there some library that I am missing, or is it implemented in Jsdk?  I'm
wondering if the fact that I am using Weblogic 5.0 beta is an issue.
