Put xerces.jar before xml.jar in the Tomcat classpath - xml.jar has Project
X, Sun's parser, which doesn't support DOM Level 2 and SAX 2 - I'm not
guaranteeing that will work, but it will at least solve problems down the
line - let me know if that still fails.
