I'm at work and the problem is on my own computer at home, but as far as I
can remember, Xalan is in /usr/local/xalan/xalan.jar and my
wrapper.classpaths are  like that:

[Jserv+JSDK stuff here]
wrapper.classpath=/usr/local/cocoon/bin/Cocoon.jar
wrapper.classpath=/usr/local/xerces/xerces.jar
wrapper.classpath=/usr/local/xalan/xalan.jar

Any Idea ?
