Sory, I have forgoten.

You will also need to add
servlet.org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon.initArgs=properties=[path to
cocoon]\conf\cocoon.properties

to zone.properties file.

I suggest you to read docs\install.html. There you can find step by step
instructions :-)
