It seems that Apache do not attach the handler. When accessing a .xml file a GET action is performed the request i never pushed to Cocoon in other words the file is always "downloaded" and not converted! Notice that jserv.conf contains the lines: ApJServMount /servlets /root ApJServMount /servlet /root # example mount point ApJServMount /example /example ApJServMount /servlets /example ApJServMount /servlet /example # handler ApJServAction .xml /servlet/org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon of course example.properties is present and i f the entire URI is issued: http://localhost/example/org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon//coco/hello/hello.xml where /home/httpd/html/coco/hello/hello.xml is the absolute path it works!!! Any suggestion?? -- Giulio -- +----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Giuliano Antoniol e-mail: antoniol@ieee.org | | I.R.S.T. - Via alla cascata, Loc.
