Whoops.... I just started following the redirect discussion now...
I take it there isn't a way without using XSP.

  Quick question, how does one setup the return XML to cause a
redirection to a different page to occur? (I didn't see this in
the FAQ or User guide.)

  Also, the FAQ lists a problem with xsl:include and xsl:import
when using xalan... the problem seems fixed in Cocoon 1.6.1 (the
version that I'm using)
