I've drafted three pages with ideas for student projects and added them
to the C3 website (http://cocoon.apache.org/3.0/student-project-ideas.html).

The target groups fore these project ideas are GSoC students and
students of the Vienna University of Technology that might be interested
in working together with Steven and me as part of their studies in the
upcoming summer semester.

Any feedback would be highly appreciated before I announce them on the
respective lists, blogs, etc.
