Subject [jira] Closed: (COCOON-2091) Move from HTMLArea to Xinha
Date Sun, 22 Jul 2007 15:50:06 GMT

     [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COCOON-2091?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel
]

Felix Knecht closed COCOON-2091.
--------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 2.2-dev (Current SVN)

- Added xinha and needed stylesheets to cocoon-forms-impl
- Added sample to cocoon-forms-sample

The xinha license seems to be still the same license htmlarea used (htmlarea license). As
this license has already be used and is also listed in the legal folder I don't see any problems
concerning the license.

Feel free to reopen if any error occur.

> The used HTMLArea as webbased editor is no longer actively maintained [1]. We should
switch to Xinha [2]. It's an Opensource WYSIWYG HTML editor with a licence [3] based on BSD
license.
> Can somebody with more knowledge have a look at the license and agree if it's usable
for cocoon?
