If I was going to spell it from the way you say it your first name would be something like Grregosh. Americans find it difficult to roll the r's, so if we say it is will come out like Gregosh. Actually the only thing different about your last name is that the o's are not pronounced the way I would expect. I would have guessed it would be Kaw-sa-cowski. Intead it is more like Kaw-sa-kawski.
