[PATCH] correct styling of disabled suggestion lists
----------------------------------------------------

                 Key: COCOON-1932
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COCOON-1932
             Project: Cocoon
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Blocks: Forms
Affects Versions: 2.1.8, 2.1.9, 2.2-dev (Current SVN), 2.1.10-dev (current SVN)
            Reporter: Guillaume Déflache

Styling of disabled suggestion lists is currently incorrect: sorry, I cannot remember the
exact rendering issues (I corrected that long ago), but as it motivated a change on our project,
I guess it is at least ugly, at most non functional. Feel free to change the issue type to
enhancement if appropriate.

However the following patch styles suggestion lists as HTML "select" elements with only one
"option" element corresponding to the widget value.

This was tested against Cocoon 2.1.9 release (with many other pending patches...).
