Thanks for your reply!

It's Jetty - I tried playing with MaxThreads but it doesn't send 500
errors for extra requests, just makes them wait. But I might be
missing something, I'll investigate further.

In the meantime I found a version of mod_tsunami for Apache 2 at
http://www.blinkenlights.nl/apache/, I'll have a look.
