Hum, forgot to add that this patch is for Cocoon 2.1.9.
Sorry, I cannot currently produce a patch for HEAD (only Windows without `patch` here, and
no time to get a CVS working copy of trunk...).
But it may apply (with warnings) on current trunk I think.
