Yep, confirmed.

I added the following dependancies to the pom:
cocoon-ajax-impl
cocoon-ajax-sample
cocoon-forms-impl
cocoon-forms-sample
cocoon-template-impl

After this, I get the above error, before that I got the welcome page.
