Subject [heads-up] old Cocoon bugzilla is not yet closed (Was: [Bug 36810])

Youch, i presumed that when we moved to Jira that
the old Bugzilla would be closed and people would
need to look for our issues.apache.org/jira

This old issue was able to be re-opened and commented.
