I think the original poster was referring to a different kind of bug. Depending on your time
zone, the dates that are printed in cells may not correspond to the day numbers that are printed
in the top left corner. I think I have a fix for this, but will need people in different time
zones to test it, after I have patched the code.

Whether Sunday or Monday is to be considered the first day is another problem. In any case,
I don't think you should fix it in the stylesheet. The stylesheet is just a sample, and the
output of the generator should be correct indepentent of any stylesheet that might be applied
to it.
