Roy,

the javaflow magic is based on bytecode
rewriting. See

./src/blocks/javaflow/java/org/apache/cocoon/components/flow/java/ 
ContinuationClassLoader.java

the transform method provides a byte[]
with the new class that would need to
be saved into a file.
I would need the original .class file
and what's inside that array.

Unfortunately 2.1 still uses the old
javaflow version. Trunk already uses
the javaflow version from jakarta

...but the cforms integration has
not yet been ported to trunk.

It's been sitting on my TODO list for
quite a while now :-/ Sorry
